With classic looks and an up to date specification and geometry, the Spitfire presents a clean aesthetic while also incorporating the low weight of titanium tubing. A carbon fork and forgiving geometry also mean youll be sat comfy all day long, while creating confident yet agile handling.
SRAMs Rival 22 speed groupset provides great value at a low weight utilising carbon crank arms and brake levers, while a wide range 11-32 cassette offers enough options for all gradients. Caliper brakes provide plenty of stopping power, whilst also being easy to maintain when required.
Fulcrum Racing 900 wheels offer low weight with plenty of compliance when riding on rougher surfaces. Selcof finishing kit is used at the cockpit, with comfy soft touch bar tape and a 42cm bar provides comfort but keeps the steering responsive.

Pedal choice Its a personal thing. Most higher end bikes are expected to be ridden with clipless pedals. These are matched to cleats on the underside of your cycling shoes. There are a few standards of these, and most cyclists tend to stick with one standard across all their bikes. So, you dont need to buy multiple pairs of shoes! Thus, Planet X dont sell bikes with pedals included. If you wish to add pedals to your order, simply select an option from the drop-down menu.
