A carbon frame gravel frameset.
Summary
The Pinarello Grevil is a race-focused gravel bike that excels on mixed terrain, offering a blend of speed, stability, and fun. It features a stiff, aerodynamic frameset with excellent tire clearance and versatile handling, though some find its geometry and stiffness less suited to technical or long rough rides. The bike's performance is praised for its efficiency and comfort, but its price and lack of mounting points are noted drawbacks.
Race-focused design excels on mixed terrain
Excellent tire clearance and versatile handling
Stiff, aerodynamic frameset for efficient power transfer
Comfortable with flexible seat post and Onda fork
Fast and fun to ride on and off road
Pricey compared to competitors
Lack of mounting points for luggage
Stiff rear end can be uncomfortable on rough terrain
Geometry may feel too road-sharp for some
Relatively heavy
Pinarello has led further into the modern era of cycling with its first introduction into gravel riding.
The Grevil is certainly no slouch on the road and its competence on mixed terrain adds the fun of riding off tarmac to what’s already an attractive package.
If you’re looking for a taut gravel racer to cover miles extremely quickly, both off-road and on, then the Grevil is a spectacular machine.
The Grevil F is very clear about one thing: it’s a race bike through and through, just one adapted to excel away from the paved roads.

As a brand, Pinarello is all about going fast, and the Grevil F has the need for speed and Italian flair.
Dialed ride and geometry for those wanting road bike like handling.
Pedaling efficiency to rival many high end road bikes.
Internal cable routing.

Gravel racers who want an aggressive position and clean lines will likely be happy, so long as they have their fit measurements dialled and a set of race wheels in the garage
Balanced handling that offers stability without sluggishness
Huge tyre clearance
Roadie-friendly stack and reach
Campagnolo’s Ekar brakes are excellent – perhaps the best ever on gravel
Relatively heavy
Fulcrum wheels are nowhere near the level of the frameset and the group
Ekar thumb shifting is awkward

The Grevil is an outlandish aero gravel race bike but has Pinarello made too much of a sacrifice in the name of speed?
Very fast on the road and smoother gravel
Extremely snappy handling and acceleration
Good tire clearance
Campagnolo’s Ekar groupset is superb
Nervous on steep or technical terrain
Odd geometry
Pricey
Rims filled with water

The Grevil mixes features from the Dogma with a proper mixed terrain spec
Flashy aero frameset
Loads of clearance
650b wheels with excellent Vittoria tyres
Fast both on and off road
Short saddle limits weight shift over obstacles while seated
Rather thin bar tape

We take a look at the Pinarello Grevil+ gravel bike (with O-Symetric rings!) of Olympic medalist, Tour de France podium finisher and Cat 5 gravel rider Bobby Julich.

A nicely balanced, quick-handling gravel race bike that is up there with the best, but the price is hard to swallow
