Diving into Knolly's Titanium Hardtail after some time spent on the steel version...
Significantly larger top and downtubes possible with titanium
Weighs 2 lbs (907 g) less than steel version
Excellent weld quality
Internal dropper routing with access hatch
Fox 36 up front rides well
Headbadge is a CNC-machined thing of beauty
Dropper cable routing internal but no internal guides, potential friction point
Bare chainstay not a good look and doesn't sound great
Raceface Next R bars and 60mm stem too stiff and too long
Expensive: 7900 CAD for XT build
Technical climbs harder due to less rear traction
