It’s got to be one of the most comfortable bikes I’ve ridden.

Riding ‘off road’ on a road bike is nothing new. I have seen lots of days-gone-by pics of Tour de France riders with a tubular slung around their shoulders riding dirt roads.
Future Shock 2.0 provides effective small bump absorption
SWAT box integrates storage into frame
GRX Di-2 drivetrain works wonderfully
Frame and fork allow up to 47c tires (700c) or 2.1" tires (650b)
Comfortable geometry, low and slack headtube angle
Roval Terra Carbon seatpost offers up to 18mm compliance
Future Shock 2.0 adjustment only on/off, middle clicks do nothing
Future Shock developed squeaking after about 5 rides
SWAT box provided bag too small for larger gravel tube and multi-tool
Stock gearing (40t chainring, 11-40t cassette) insufficient for steep climbs
Stock tires (38c) too narrow for rough terrain
No factory model with 650b wheels

Proper gravel racer that belies its weight, and a blast to ride – plus the SWAT storage is a touch of class
Excellent handling for tackling trails at speed
Future Shock 2.0 gives controllable damping
Large tyre clearance
Such a fun ride
Thin bar tape
Bit of a colour clash inside the fork legs
Tyres quite narrow and slick for typical UK conditions

Modern geometry contributes to super-stable ride quality
Every bike should have a SWAT box
Oodles of mounts boost versatility
Lots of tyre clearance
Uncompetitive build for the price

Hohes Level an Komfort
Viel Laufruhe
Maximale Effizienz auf Reisegeschwindigkeit
SWAT-Box im Unterrohr
Rahmenset für schweres Gepäck zu weich
