Test: Im Mountainbike Magazin world of mtb testen wir das XC-Racebike Ghost Lector 8 LC 2017. Die 1x11-Schaltung schon mal 80 Gramm leichter als die Sram XX1 Eagle. Außerdem sind für die XX1 Tuning-Kurbeln verfügbar. Dank dieser Kleinigkeit speckt das Lector mit der Race Face NextSL Kurbel nochmal ca. 100 Gramm ab.

The Ghost Lector LC 6 is the German brand’s third model up in its cross country hardtail lineup. Within the Lector range, you find drivetrain and brake options from both Shimano and SraM, and with Fox or RockShox handling the suspension duties.

In its quest to save weight, the Ghost AMR Riot Lector 5 compromises on suspension performance
The incredible singletrack acceleration and climbing efficiency feels more slack-angled XC racer than trail bike.
Rear suspension suffers from stiction and is too firm off the top, making for an extremely bumpy ride.
